OAK Structural (formerly OAK Engineering) was founded in 1986 and offers structural engineering services to property owners, architects, developers, industrial organizations, school districts, and governmental organizations.
The Firm is experienced in structural design of residential and commercial buildings that utilize most construction materials and structural systems. Its past building design projects include residential remodeling and new construction, mid-sized commercial buildings, hotels, and warehouses. OAK Structural also provides specialized, earthquake-engineering-related services for seismic evaluation and retrofitting of existing buildings, investigation of earthquake damage, building repairs and strengthening, and seismic anchorage of mechanical/industrial equipment.
