PSr1 Design Build Competition
SUBMISSION DEADLINE EXTENDED to July 1st 2019
3 Finalists will be selected to build and install their “seating & shade parklets” August 17th 2019 in Sonoma County.
The competition is to design public interaction installations that will allow visitors to sit in the shade and engage with one another.
The programmatic requirements include the following:
- Seating for two or more
- Shade, may be partial
- 10’ x 10’ footprint maximum
- Installation must be self-supporting
The Jury is composed of 5 prominent emerging professionals in the field of Architecture and Landscape Architecture who are making a difference and are promoting the welfare of young talent in our field.
