You may have noticed the new AIA brand slowly appearing in our communications pieces, and soon our website. This is the new national brand that was adopted last year, and that most Chapter will implement eventually. The new identity — by Pentagram Design — consists mainly of four spot colors: red, light gray, dark gray and black, and a new typeface known as Architype (Bold and Light), designed exclusively for AIA. They’ve even re-imagined/streamlined the eagle element! I have adapted their design elements into our established custom avatar shield.
